Carefully
sorted leaves of equal size are hand-tied to form the
shape of a flower. During infusion the rosettes unfurl
to the shape of a ”Peony” and infuse to a
flavorful, aromatic cup with striking natural sweetness.
This variety does not get bitter during extended brewing
so one can leave the rosette in the cup and keep adding
hot water for multiple infusions.
