White
teas are the most delicate of all teas and are appreciated
by tea connoisseurs for their unmatched subtlety, complexity
and natural sweetness. Their production consists of
only two steps stemming and drying. The absence of withering,
rolling and oxidation leaves the appearance of the leaves
essentially unaltered. |
Oolong
Tea, also known as partially or semi-fermented tea,
has some of the qualities of both black and green teas.
At their best, oolongs are beautiful, full-bodied teas
with a fragrant flavor and fruity, sweet aroma. The
vast majority of oolongs come from China and Formosa,
where the finest varieties are still handmade following
the traditional manufacturing process. |
